[It's been a while since Killua popped up on the network, he is looking pretty relax at the moment. He is gently brushing the soft fur of his Absol, with a smile on his face. ]

I have a question for everyone, what sort of holidays do you celebrate or take part in. My family doesn't really celebrate for things like holidays, except for birthdays, but those are mixed bag at best. [That seems to be running theme when it comes to his family.]

The only time I've really celebrated holidays is in this world. Though I have to say Halloween is by far my favorite. [It doesn't even matter if horrible things happen that is what made the whole holiday even better in his eyes.]

With Christmas coming up it just got me thinking about it is all. [He nudges the Absol off his lab before standing up and stretching for a moment. He turns to the camera suddenly smirking about something.]

Oh and before for I go, a word of warning to whoever trying to find my gifts to them. You'll find out on Christmas like everyone else. And, there is nothing that you can do about it. [It looks like he is feeling much better if he's making subtle threats to people.]

Just birthdays. We didn't have any holidays like this where I was from, so all of this is a first for me.

You've never celebrated holidays before coming here? Me and sis used to celebrate everything when I was younger. Birthday parties, Christmas, Halloween, new years... Not a lot of 'em now, because we're older, but we still do some stuff at home.

[He grins a little.]

But hey, can I shake the box? Ain't nothin' gonna break, right?

Just plenty of watching people celebrate holidays for me. I like Christmas because it has the happiest feel for me.

[She grins at his subtlety.]

Cheeky. But don't you start shaking mine to you, it won't turn out well.

[RUDE, KILLUA. Don't think Yusuke doesn't recognize a remark lobbed in his general direction when he sees one! He doesn't seem very offended by it, though - if anything, he looks more amused than anything else, albeit in a wry sort of way.]

Relax, preemie, I'm not gonna go looking for the stupid presents. I doubt you'd be able to do shit about it if I did, though. What were you planning on doing, biting my ankles 'til I dropped the loot, or something?

[Aw yeah, shots fired. What now, Mighty Mouse?]

Anyway, I was never real into holidays. If I celebrated 'em at all, it was usually with Keiko's family. Haven't joined them for anything in a couple years, though. I've been busy.

I really only celebrated birthdays and Christmas. I lived on an island alone, so you can't really celebrate Holidays like Halloween or Thanksgiving.

[And she just missed them both so she'll have to wait until next year.]

How do you spend your birthdays if you are alone for them?

Considering I actually know how to sneak around, unlike your ass. You wont realise I've done anything to you, until it's too late. We both know I can do more then bite your bony ankles.

So what sort of holidays did you celebrate with her then? [Keiko's family must have the patiences of saints to deal with Yusuke.]

That sounds kinda of boring watching people celebrate but to each their own.

[He gives her a cheeky grin.]

Oh I have to be careful, some people get too curious. Besides it's more interesting for me to find later then to snoop around, so no worries.

New years is just a dad were adults get drunk from what I seen so that doesn't that interesting. I thought for sure there were more hoildays then those few.

[It's good to see Kuwabara asking, unlike that other delinquent. Kil gives an amusing snort before shrugging.]

You can shake it if you want to, but you wont be able to guess from that though~

That seems to be a running theme from what I'm gathering. So what do you do for birthdays?

My family and I did stuff, mostly New Years and the like. Valentine's Day too, I've spent ridiculous amounts of money on chocolate in February over the last couple years.

[She shrugs, Christmas wasn't really a thing in terms of celebration since they owned a restaurant and expected to be open.]

Oh there's Children's Day and the Doll Festival too, but I always loved the Doll Festival more. Mom and I would go all out and decorate the house with dolls.

[She smiles clearly excited with the topic of discussion. She waves her hands at the screen laughing when she remembers his comment about presents:]

I certainly never heard of Children's day or the Doll festival. I can guess what the later is about.

[At this point he was beginning to thing there were only five holidays.]

Oh I'm sure you wouldn't try anything. Just a few other people I need to make a point. [By few, he is clearly talking about one person.]

Children's Day is a National Holiday. Everyone in my world doesn't celebrate it, just Japan in May. It's a nice day, all about the happiness of children and expressing gratitude to their mothers.

[Careful Killua, Keiko is winding up for a history lesson.]

Yeah they do need it. There's a reason I hid my presents where I did.

[Primarily because there is a certain pair of teenage boys who would be too embarrassed to actually go through that drawer no matter how macho they act.]

I usually kept to myself back home. Well, aside from my friend but that was usually it.

Everyone gets drunk on new years. [He laughs.] Shizuru--that's my sis--even she sometimes lets me pop open the cider bottle.

[Thinking... thinking...] Hmm... Does it make noise?

That must be nice, I'm not sure if anyone in my family could get drunk if they'd tried. [Then again people can be pretty stupid when they're drunk so it's a good trade off.]

If you shake the box, it will make a noise, but it would be a soft thump at best.

When you're old enough, they'll let you drink too, yeah? [Because you look 14 at best. 8(]

So it's something kinda dull?

Tch. Yeah, keep telling yourself that.

[GREASER HAIR DON'T CARE. To be clear, Yusuke does know well and good that Killua's a hell of a lot more of a formidable force than he looks. He's just giving him a little shit, is all. What are friends for, right?]

Just the normal ones, I guess. Birthdays, festivals, New Year's... [Yusuke grins a little.] Man, New Year's with the Yukimuras was the best. They run a restaurant, right, so there'd be always be lots of great food, lots of people around...

... I kinda miss it, actually.

Well, I honestly never had a reason to be allowed to stay in the Human World as a human until Yusuke came along, honestly. I think this will be my first year where I don't have to be in the Spirit World during Christmas.

[What she's not saying is she's usually in the Spirit World during Christmas because there are a lot of suicides and accidents during the holidays.]

That still sounds better then the birthdays I have. Even if it sounds incredibly boring.

[Which is actually an amazing statement coming from the child that hates being bored.]

I'm sure they'll let me drink when I'm older. That isn't the issue, it's just that I honestly don't think that anyone in my family can feel the effects of the stuff. [With the exception of his adorable little sister. If anyone gave her a drink, he'd gut them, so no worries on that.]

It would be bad if it was pointed or sharp.

I can't fault really you....wait actually did you just watch people celebrate in the country or did you see all sort of other countries during that time.

[It's easy to forget that she is the grim reaper and all. That meant simple observation could be fun if she had enough variety to look over. There were bound to be people that have different and cool traditions in a small town, let alone a whole country.]

I couldn't leave the country very often in case something that needed attention happened right away, but...yes, sometimes. Not every nation celebrates Christmas, although I do notice that most of them had their own unique confection they make during the season.

You can't feel getting drunk? How come?

I never did tell you, it's actually byproduct of the family business, assassination. Everyone in the family has to train their bodies to resist as many poisons possible. So we have to guard ourselves from their effect in case of capture.

......That sounds interesting.

[He almost sounds shocked bu such a thing. It's hard for him imagine expressing gratitude to his mother. If it was Mito and Gonhe could imagine that would be fun, but not so much when it came to mommy dearest.]

I spent it with my friends online! They wished me happy birthdays and I got gifts from them.

Yeah it's one of the more solemn holidays I guess you could say. Though it's still a lot of fun there's festivals you can go to and to some the most important part is that school is closed.

[She shrugs like that part is of no importance.]

Oh... so that's why you can't get drunk?

What if you just drank stronger stuff? Like the really bad sake?

Yeah, a drunk assassin leads to a dead assassin.

It would have to be pretty powerful stuff, bad rice wine isn't going to do it.

So it'd have to be something even worse than sake to get an assassin dru...n...k...
