Basically, it's a video and photo contest, people take pictures of themselves or their Pokemon doing something that fits the cute theme.

Employees are going to wear cute dresses for it though, the one that came up with it wanted everyone that took part to do it. But I talked her into just having the staff do it instead and have one theme be about dresses.

It's probably the easiest thing I've asked anyone to do. The hardest thing is picking out a good dresses.
