Everyone's got a name or at least something close to it. But do you guys know what your names actually mean, or the reason you were given that name? We give pokémon names to set them apart, but does the way you name yours mean anything special? I just named this guy Lemon Twist since he reminds me of striped lemon candy.

[It’s been a boring day, for once Killua didn’t feel like doing something insane. Instead he’s just laying on his Dunesparce.]

It's interesting when you think about it: someone or you yourself has been given this word to identify by and it could have some really deep mean behind it. It could be something that a person thought sounded cute but in the end it's pretty sucky for you. For example, someone could have named their kid after a word that sounds cool yet it could mean horse-shit in the language its from.

I sort of lucked out with the way my parents named me and my siblings, but it has me wondering about everyone else. So tell me what your names mean.

I do know a few things already and i think our languages might be a little similar at this point. It doesn't hurt to know more.

[Fun fact Killua knows how to curse in Japanese, Italian and Russian. Being in this world has been a learning experience. ]

Hmm, only because black is a boring color and I refused to wear that for my uniform.

...Although I have to say, I think you're one of the few people to never ask if my hair is dyed. [Which it isn't and how dare anyone insinuate >8|]

I'm betting he'd still be mad even if you were wearing black, since you aren't scary. And tend to get pissed over weird crap.

Back were I'm from your hair would be pretty normal. Mine is naturally white and if you take a really good look at Gon's hair it's actually dark green. I thought that was one of the few average things about my world.

Oh, yes, he was also mad at me for the following: Not being a skeleton, not having a scythe, not wearing a black robe, being a woman, and saying "Bingo!"

I wonder if I should tell Yusuke that his gel makes his hair look green. Maybe he'd stop using it, then again green might be one of his favorite colors.

If you were a skeleton it would have been hard to tell what sex you were. I am not surprised at all that stuff pissed him off, he gets hung up on details sometimes.

[Which is weird because Yusuke doesn't seem to think about the details, so much as react to them.]

He wears a pastel green uniform, if he thing the gel makes him look cool he'll keep doing it. Which I'm fine with, it doesn't change the fact he looks like Gon's dad.
